We work to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content is error free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel orders if pricing or product information is materially inaccurate.
Receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse any order at our discretion. Charges will be refunded if an order is cancelled.
All content on the site including the HERSCULPT name, logo, photographs, illustrations, and copy are the property of HERSCULPT and protected by copyright and trademark. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use them without our written consent.
You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You will not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorized access, transmit malware, or harass other users.
Our products are cosmetic in nature and not medical devices or treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. If you have a specific skin or health concern please consult a qualified healthcare provider before use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HERSCULPT and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our business is registered. Any dispute will be resolved through good faith negotiation, mediation, or, if necessary, in the courts of that jurisdiction.
