How We Deliver
Where we ship, how long it takes, and how to track your order.
Last updated September 1, 2025We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, and over 30 additional countries. If you do not see your country at checkout, email us and we will look into it.
Every order is hand packed by our team within 1 to 2 business days. During major drops or holiday peaks, processing may take an extra day. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days. Express delivery is available at additional cost and typically arrives within 1 to 3 business days.
International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing. Some countries may take longer during peak seasons.
Standard shipping is free on US orders over $75. International free shipping thresholds vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not able to refund customs charges or estimate them in advance.
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order from inside your account dashboard at any time.
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us at projectmanager.r2ait@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address we will reach out to coordinate a re ship at the original shipping cost.
