Refund Policy

30 Day Return Window

If you are not in love with your purchase you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. The window starts from the date your order is marked as delivered by the carrier.

What can be returned

Sculpting tools may be returned even if gently used, as long as they are in good condition. Sealed and unopened oils and topicals may be returned for any reason. Opened oils and topicals can only be returned if there is a quality issue.

How to start a return

Email us at projectmanager.r2ait@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with a return shipping label and instructions within one business day.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to display the refund.

Shipping costs

Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. For standard returns, the cost of the return label is deducted from your refund or paid by you, whichever you prefer.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund the item at no cost to you, with no questions asked.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange products for a different item or size. The original item must be returned within 30 days, and we will ship the replacement once we receive it.

Final sale items

Items marked as Final Sale (such as gift cards and clearance items) are not eligible for return or exchange.
